About Rachel Lucke
Rachel Lucke, MS, CNS, LDN, earned a master’s degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health and certificate in Herbal Studies from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), where she holds faculty positions as Nutrition Clinic Coordinator and Supervisor. In her clinical practice, Rachel offers an individualized, integrative, and evidence-based approach to sustainable healthy eating to support women in their reproductive years to connect with food intuitively, mindfully, and joyfully!
